When is the right time to launch?

We might hold ourselves back by waiting for the right time.
And then the opportunity is missed.

I discovered this quote almost a year ago and it immediately captured me:

“Nobody is YOU. And that is your Super Power.”

It was exactly what I needed at that moment. I snapped a photo of the quote.
And I felt a need to paint it or draw it.

I tried several ways to illustrate it, but I couldn’t decide if the emphasis should be on “You” or “Super Powers.” I liked the thought of emphasizing the bells and whistles, because it sure felt great to think that I had super powers just waiting to be used! Although “You” is the product, the engine, the able body that is capable of the bells and whistles! So, sell “You!”

Unhappy with all the outcomes, I decided to leave it alone.

My website has been completed for a while but knowing that it entails a good bit of putting myself out there, I have hesitated telling anyone. As all things do, this quote came back to me and it made me think, “I am me. I possess the power. What am I waiting for?”

While I was never pleased with the outcome of the canvases or notecard, I felt that I did what I needed to do; Realize that I have the power.

We all have these unique powers that help us fight fear, promote the truth and seek ourselves. (How’s that for Super Hero prowess?!) And it surely seems more interesting than sugar and spice and everything nice.

Today I am launching myself into the abyss of the internet. It’s scary — I definitely have many fears about putting myself out there. But if I turn the focus to the product and lift off, I know I have the super powers to figure it out along the way.
